What did the girl see there?
Kamakiriko is characterized by her style inspired by the "strength and cuteness" of women and her illustrations fused with text. Please take a look at the girls drawn in vibrant colors!
In this exhibition, we will exhibit 15 works by Kamakiriko.
Location：Palpito 2F Gallery Space
NOBUYUKIKAI1982年熊本生まれ。2006年から黒ペンで様々な木に動物画を作製。動物を単純化させ、人工的で機械的なイメージと、独自の感覚をミックスさせた作品を手掛ける。2020年から作品にデジタルを取り入れる事により、色を加え新しい作品像を模索し始める。無作為な線から生まれる表現を大切にし、面を創り、色をつける事により、動物に生命感と躍動感を与える。動物は人間と違い、純粋無垢な生き物であり、動物を見て、癒されたり心地よかったり、心が弾んだりする。純粋無垢な動物に対して、色のテーマを決め、掛け合わせて作品を仕上げる事により、見る人に様々な感情を抱いて欲しいという思いから動物を描いている。脳に刺激を与え、どこか落ちつきのある作品を創り、グローバルな表現をこめた作品作り心がけている。
